Baltic-Adriatic Railway Freight Corridor Strategy Paper now available on-line!

The Baltic-Adriatic Rail Freight Corridor is proud to announce that its Strategy Paper, version 2021 is now available on-line for downloading.

The document is the outcome of the cooperation between the Executive Board and the Management Board/General Assembly of the Corridor, with the assistance of the PMO.

The aim of the document is to illustrate the Strategic Goals of the Baltic-Adriatic RFC in the larger context of the European rail transport strategy, on a long, medium and short perspective.

This means starting from a strategic outlook of the Corridor, then identifying the priority business areas more suitable to pursue such strategy and finally defining a potential project portfolio to implement the strategy itself.

Once the “what” was defined, then the “how” was discussed: the document is therefore complemented with information on the methodology (mostly included in attachments) and with a process for monitoring and assessment (including KPIs), as well as of updating the Strategy itself.
